Each model is dedicated to a specific application without the need for jaw changes:
CB for concrete cutting,
CF for steel reinforcement,
BB for concrete crushing,
BV for perimeter cutting,
BF for concrete and steel.
Robust design and optimized performance
Made of high-strength, abrasion-resistant steel up to 650HB for exposed parts, the dedicated shears are distinguished by jaw kinematics adapted to each use, easy-to-replace wear parts, a nitrogen-treated articulation axis with play compensation for the scrap jaws, and also two inverted cylinders integrated into the frame. The BB and CB models also incorporate a round cutter at the bottom of the throat for cutting reinforcing bars.
Efficiency on site and long-term savings
These dedicated shears offer an excellent cost/performance ratio. Less expensive than universal shears, they remain just as effective in their intended applications. Options such as the Arden Jet system (integrated water spray) and the Speed Valve (reduced cycle times) enhance their versatility and productivity.
