Arden Equipment announces the acquisition of Intercontinental Equipement Verdun (IEV)

Arden Equipment is accelerating its external growth strategy and announces the acquisition of IEV, a specialist in the manufacture of buckets and accessories for loaders and excavators, as well as large cable or hydraulic skips, but also dragline buckets, dredging clamshells or grading blades. With this new acquisition, the group Arden Equipment demonstrates its dynamism and its desire to strengthen its leadership in the attachments market.

Due to the complementarity of their technical know-how, this takeover offers both Arden Equipment and IEV new prospects for industrial and commercial synergies.
